How a Program Works

Relief comes first. Capability is what lasts. Along the way, the work shifts from us doing it for you to you doing it.

Two charts across five stages: assess, relieve, rebuild, reclaim, and live fully. First chart: pain falls quickly during relieve, while your capability keeps climbing through rebuild, reclaim, and live fully. Most care stops once the pain is gone, before capability has been built. Second chart: care starts mostly hands-on, where we do it for you, and shifts to active care and training, where you do it. The first four stages make up a program that typically lasts two to six months. After that there is no end date.

Relief comes first. Capability is what lasts.

01

Assess

Find what's actually driving it.

A full assessment of your story, your movement, your strength, and your goals. Not a guess. A clinical foundation.

You leave knowing what we found, why it's happening, and what we recommend.

02

Relieve

Feel better, fast.

Chiropractic care and manual therapy calm the pain and restore motion, so you can start doing the work.

Less pain and easier movement. It's where the plan starts, not where it ends.

03

Rebuild

Fix the reason it keeps happening.

Movement-based rehab builds the strength, stability, and control your body was missing, tested and adjusted as you improve.

Progress you can measure, not just feel.

04

Reclaim

Take the tools with you.

We retest, and you leave with a home program built around your goals and the understanding to run it yourself.

You know what your body needs.

05

Live fully

Keep going, with people who value it.

Graduating is the start of the part that lasts. Join our gym community and keep building strength, mobility, stability, and cardiovascular health alongside people who value long-term health.

An invitation, never a requirement.

A good program has a finish line.

We are not trying to keep you coming in forever. We are trying to get you to a place where you do not need us, and know how to stay there. A big part of that is a home program built around your goals. See how rehab works here.

Then, Live Fully.

Our gym is built for culture, community, and progress, alongside other people who value long-term health.

Strength

Progressions that build real capacity for the life you want.

Mobility

Movement that carries over to how you actually live.

Stability

Joint health and resilience under real-world load.

Cardiovascular health

The engine behind your energy, recovery, and long-term health.

Training alongside people who care about the same things makes it easier to keep showing up. It is an invitation, never a requirement, and your program stands on its own.

Our gym is owned by Dr. Eric Phillips.

★★★★★

“I am beyond grateful! I have experienced pain for years but found this clinic when pain was at a breaking point. Dr Eric was the first doctor to help me understand the problem (disc issue), reduce inflammation, AND teach me the tools to manage symptoms to get stronger. For the first time in years I feel great without relying on any medications, etc. Dr Eric and staff are kind, caring, knowledgeable and amazing clinicians, trainers, teachers and more. Thank you for all you do and please know I will be recommending your program every chance I get!”

Common Questions About Programs

How long does a program take?

Most programs run about 2 to 6 months. It depends on what we find, how long it has been going on, and your goals. After your assessment, your clinician will tell you what to expect for your situation.

What does a program cost?

Your first visit is a full assessment. You can see how our care options work on the Care Options page, and a written Good Faith Estimate is available on request. We want you to know what to expect before you decide.

Do I need to know which program I need before I come in?

No. After your assessment, we walk you through exactly what we found, why it is happening, and what we recommend. Your program is built from that conversation, not from a menu you had to pick from before we looked at you.

Will I be doing exercises on my own?

Yes, and that is by design. Your program includes a personalized home program built around your goals, not a generic sheet. It is half the program, because the work you do between visits is what makes results last.

Do I have to join the gym?

No. The gym is an invitation, never a requirement. Your program stands on its own, and you can graduate with your home program and the tools to run it yourself.

What happens after my program ends?

You graduate with a home program and the tools to run it yourself. From there you can train with our gym community or keep going on your own. Ongoing care and membership options are coming, and you can join the waitlist to hear first.
