Identity Integrative Health

Our Story

Built on a Belief That Care Should Do More

Identity Integrative Health was founded by two chiropractors who saw a gap between what healthcare offered and what patients actually needed — not just relief, but understanding, resilience, and a real plan.

Why Identity Exists

Most care focuses on symptoms.

Identity focuses on root causes.

Pain, recurring injuries, and stiffness are often signs that something deeper has broken down. At Identity, we look beyond where it hurts — assessing how the body moves, loads, and adapts — and build a plan that actually addresses it.

Our goal is not short-term relief.

It is long-term resilience.

Our Philosophy

Personalized care is the foundation of health, movement, and longevity.

Every decision we make — from how we structure care plans to which tools we use — is guided by one principle:

Understand the person first. Everything else follows.

We blend:

Hands-on chiropractic and manual care
Targeted corrective exercise and progressive rehab
Education and long-term resilience strategies

Nothing is random.

Nothing is rushed.

Everything is intentional.

How We're Different

Identity Integrative Health is not a traditional chiropractic clinic.

We do not:

Rush sessions or follow cookie-cutter protocols
Treat the symptom and send you back next week
Create dependence on ongoing adjustments
Treat people like diagnoses

Instead, we deliver:

Personalized care built around your life and goals
A structured plan with clear milestones and an endpoint
Hands-on care integrated with movement and rehab
Education so you understand what is happening and why

Our Team

Every provider at Identity shares a commitment to movement, continuous learning, and genuinely long-term thinking.

Every provider is trained to:

Assess movement patterns, not just pain points
Apply hands-on care with precision and intent
Integrate rehab and exercise intelligently
Think long-term, not visit to visit

We work as a team — collaborating, refining, and constantly raising the standard.

Co-Founder

Dr. Eric and Alyssa Phillips are the husband-and-wife team behind Identity Integrative Health. Both graduated from Cleveland University in 2017 and built a clinic grounded in the belief that care should empower people, not create dependence. Together they bring complementary expertise across performance rehab, women's health, pediatrics, and whole-person integrative care.

“We built Identity because we believed patients deserved more than temporary relief. They deserve to understand their body, move with confidence, and have a real plan for long-term health.”
