Chat assistant conversations
Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant. Conversations with this assistant are processed through Anthropic's API. We do not permanently store chat logs on our end, but conversation content is transmitted to Anthropic's servers to generate responses. Please do not share sensitive personal health information through the chat assistant.
Usage and analytics data
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized data about how visitors use our website — including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. This data does not identify you personally.
Booking information
When you book an appointment, you are directed to our scheduling platform (Jane App) operated by Jane Software Inc. Their own privacy policy governs data collected through that platform.

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, send appointment reminders and clinic updates if you have opted in, improve our website and services, and communicate about membership, promotions, or health resources you have requested.
