This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when you visit identityih.com or interact with our services.

Information you provide directly
When you fill out a contact form, join our membership waitlist, or opt in to email communications, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and any message you submit.
Chat assistant conversations
Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant. Conversations with this assistant are processed through Anthropic's API. We do not permanently store chat logs on our end, but conversation content is transmitted to Anthropic's servers to generate responses. Please do not share sensitive personal health information through the chat assistant.
Usage and analytics data
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized data about how visitors use our website — including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. This data does not identify you personally.
Information from our ads and lead forms
When you click one of our ads (for example on Facebook, Instagram, or Google) and submit your information through our website, landing pages, or an ad lead form, we receive the details you submit, which may include your name, phone number, and email address, along with information about which ad or campaign brought you to us.
Booking information
When you book an appointment, you are directed to our scheduling platform (Jane App) operated by Jane Software Inc. Their own privacy policy governs data collected through that platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, send appointment reminders and clinic updates if you have opted in, improve our website and services, and communicate about membership, promotions, or health resources you have requested. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Email Communications
If you provide your email address through our contact form, a landing page, an ad lead form, our membership waitlist, or an opt-in signup, you consent to receive emails from Identity Chiropractic LLC (doing business as Identity Integrative Health), including responses to your inquiry, appointment information, health education, and offers or news about our services.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@identityih.com. We will honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send you messages about an appointment or your care.
5. Text Messages (SMS)
By providing your mobile phone number on our website, a landing page, a quiz or booking form, or an ad lead form, and submitting that form, you agree that Identity Integrative Health may send text messages to that number. These may include replies to your inquiry, help with scheduling, appointment reminders, follow-ups about getting started, health education, and occasional offers or news about our services. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Consent is optional
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service or receiving care from us. You can book and be treated without agreeing to marketing texts.
Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any text message at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (913) 387-4921 or hello@identityih.com. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming it.
Your mobile number stays with us
We do not sell your phone number or your text messaging consent, and we do not share them with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We use service providers, such as messaging and scheduling platforms, only to send and manage our messages for us. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messages are not a secure way to share health information. Please do not text us details about your symptoms, diagnoses, or medical history. Call us or use our scheduling platform for anything sensitive.
6. Phone Calls
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call you at that number, including to respond to your inquiry, help you book, confirm or remind you of an appointment, or follow up on a request you made through our website or an ad. Calls may be placed with automated dialing technology, and we may leave voicemail messages. We keep voicemail details to a minimum, so please do not expect health details in a voicemail.
You can ask us at any time to stop calling by telling us on a call, or by contacting us at (913) 387-4921 or hello@identityih.com. We will add your number to our internal do-not-contact list. Agreeing to receive marketing calls is not a condition of receiving care.
7. Advertising, Lead Forms, and Tracking
We advertise our services online, including on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. To measure whether our ads work and to show ads to people who may be interested, our website uses advertising and analytics tools, such as the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Vercel Analytics. These tools may collect information like pages you view, buttons you click (for example, a click on a booking button), your device and browser type, your approximate location, and how you arrived at our site. If you are logged in to a platform such as Facebook or Google, that platform may connect this activity to your account.
If you submit an ad lead form on a platform like Facebook or Instagram, the information you enter is shared with us and is also subject to that platform's own privacy policy.
You can limit this tracking. Use the ad settings in your Facebook, Instagram, or Google account to turn off personalized ads, use your browser's tracking protection or cookie settings, or visit optout.aboutads.info to opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies. We do not sell your personal information.
8. Health Information
This website is informational in nature and does not constitute medical advice. Any health-related information you share through our contact form or chat assistant is not protected under HIPAA unless you are an established patient communicating through our official clinical channels. Texts, emails, ad lead forms, and website forms are not secure channels for health details, so please do not include symptoms, diagnoses, or medical history in them. For protected health information, please contact us directly by phone or through Jane App.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies: Anthropic (AI chat assistant), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Jane Software Inc. (appointment scheduling), Google (maps embed, analytics, advertising, and Google Business services), Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising and measurement), and email and messaging platforms we use to send emails and texts and to manage inquiries.
10. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement, as described in the advertising section above. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some website functionality.
11. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through our website. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. We encourage you to avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information through web forms.
12. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
