Frequently Asked Questions

We're a cash-based, concierge clinic — and we'd rather you know exactly what that means before you book than wonder about it after.

Do you accept insurance?

No — we're a fully cash-based practice, by design. That means every minute of your visit goes toward your care, not paperwork for insurance approval, and your treatment plan is built around what actually gets you results — not what a policy will cover.

Why cash-based instead of insurance-based?

Insurance often dictates how many visits you get, which treatments are "covered," and forces care to fit a billing code instead of your actual needs. Going cash-based means your doctor decides your care — not an insurance company. It also means longer, more focused visits and no surprise bills after the fact.

What payment methods do you accept?

HSA and FSA cards, all major credit and debit cards, and cash or check.

Can I get reimbursed through my insurance?

If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to submit for reimbursement — we provide a superbill to help with that process. Reimbursement varies by plan and isn't guaranteed, so we'd encourage you to think of it as a benefit worth checking on, not something to count on in advance.

What does my first visit cost?

Your first visit — a full exam and treatment — is $160. This gives us the time to actually understand what's going on and start building your plan on day one, not just schedule a follow-up.

What do visits cost after that?

Follow-up visits range from $90–$220, depending on what your care calls for that day.

Do you offer comprehensive care plans?

Yes. If you already know you're ready to commit to a full plan, we offer package pricing so your total cost is clear upfront:

  • Integrated — $972, paid in full
  • Integrated+ — $2,160, paid in full
  • Hybrid — $2,400

Your doctor will recommend the plan that actually fits your goals during your first visit. We won't push a package that isn't right for you.

What if I don't see results?

Every plan includes built-in check-ins to reassess your progress. If something isn't working the way it should, we adjust the plan together — before you've paid for care that isn't helping.

What actually happens at my first visit?

You'll get a full movement and health assessment, a real answer for what's actually driving your pain or limitation, and treatment on the same day — plus a clear plan for what comes next.

Is Identity Integrative Health right for me?

If you've tried rest, ice, or a few adjustments and you're still stuck in the same cycle, or if you're simply serious about investing in how you move and feel for the long run, this is built for you.
